Notice is hereby given that the following planning application has been received by North Hertfordshire District Council.

CASE REFERENCE NUMBER: 22/02904/FP

LOCATION: Land East & West Of Luton Road, Cockernhoe, Hertfordshire.

DESCRIPTION: Construction of a three-armed roundabout including associated drainage and ancillary infrastructure.

A new roundabout along Luton Road, east of Luton is required as part of the East of Luton Strategic Allocation under Policy SP19 of the North Hertfordshire District Council Local Plan 2011-2031.  The application site lies along the northern edge of the village of Wigmore and spans both sides of Luton Road.

The Ecological Appraisal was undertaken by Bloor Homes Ltd and The Crown Estate.
