Visit the NHDC Portal

and Click on “Report a Problem” or telephone

URBASER  0800 328 6023 – who are responsible for removing the rubbish.

Request a reference number for the reported incident.

If the fly tip has not been removed after a couple of days, feel free to call URBASER again.

Some points to remember

Don’t move anything

Take pictures of the incident

Give as precise a location as possible
