Offley Village Hall
As many of you will be aware Offley Village Hall was built
back in 1935 and was subsiding due to shrinkage linked to a
nearby Ash Tree. The tree has now been removed and the hall has been repaired and the outside repainted.
The hall committee have also arranged for new Infra Red
heating to be installed in the hall and the old oil-fired boiler
to be decommissioned. It is also planned for the hall floor to
be refurbished bringing it up to modern standards. A sound
system is also being investigated for installation.
